Poor service

It has been more than 14 days and even though the product was dispatched the next day after placing the order, I still have not received it. The logistics company doesn't provide any update and neither does the No frills team. I have followed up on multiple occasions with both the vendor and the logistics team and still nothing has been done. It has taken this long for a product to come from Melbourne to Adelaide metro location. Overseas parcels get delivered quicker than this but a local delivery is unable to reach Adelaide even in 14 days.

Excellent bags at a great price

I really like this product and have bought them a few times now, and have recommended them to others. I give the new version bags themself 5 starts but the plastic roll is what makes it a 4. There should be an option to buy the bags *without* the tube, I don't need several in the house. I'd also love the option for a cardboard tube. The tape doesn't work well to keep the roll together and it becomes a hassle to tape it up.
